Hello

I'm Beth.

I spent most of my life being a very good girl.

I grew up in high-control religion. The kind that determines your worth based on gender, hands you the playbook at birth, and never lets you learn to question it. Be sweet. Be small. Be useful. Don't ask for too much. Love is something you earn by being chosen, and you stay chosen by disappearing a little more all the time. Purity culture taught me my body was a liability. Patriarchy taught me my job was to manage everyone's comfort but my own. And I was good at it. I got the gold stars. I got the praise. I built a whole life on doing the right thing according to everyone else's standards.

From the outside, I had it together. A growing business. A strong reputation. The approval of basically everyone whose approval I'd been taught to need.

And my own voice had gone so quiet I could barely hear her.

Then I had my daughter. I looked into her face and knew, on a soul level, that I would not hand her this script. I would not teach her that love is a thing you audition for. Which meant I had to stop performing it myself first.

So I sold my business. I stepped away. And I learned, slowly and not very gracefully, to sit in stillness instead of sprinting from it.

In that stillness, the noise finally dropped enough that I could hear myself again. Not the self built out of other people's expectations. The one underneath. The one that was there the whole time, just waiting for me to stop outsourcing my worth long enough to remember it was mine.

Here's what I know now, and what I'll tell you plainly: you cannot earn worth. You never could. By virtue of being a human being on this planet, you have inherent dignity, and dignity means worth. It was never theirs to give you, which means it was never theirs to take. Only yours to remember.

I work with women who have done all the right things and still feel like something’s missing. Maybe your version of the script came from religion, like mine. Maybe it came from your family, your culture, a relationship, a system that taught you to be agreeable instead of whole. The packaging is different. The wound is the same. You learned to outsource your worth, in being good enough, chosen enough, pleasing enough… and now you're exhausted and furious and wondering why all the self-improvement advice hasn’t delivered the peace it promised.

It didn't deliver because it can't. You can't think your way home to a body abandoned. This is somatic work. We go underneath the story and into the nervous system, where the real change actually lives.

My approach blends soul and structure, fierce honesty and genuine tenderness. I'm not here to high-vibe your pain away or hand you another affirmation to perform. I'm here to help you come home to yourself, take up your space, and build a life rooted in your own values instead of everyone else's.

My intention is this:

To help you create a life that feels as good to live as it looks from the outside.

This work is for you if something in you keeps whispering, there's got to be more to life than this. If…

  • You've done the work. You’ve read the books. Gone to therapy. Listened to the podcasts. And yet… you don't feel like you’ve made the progress you should by now.

  • Your nervous system is running on overdrive.

  • You shrink, fawn, or disappear to keep the peace, and you're tired of it.

  • You're done finding your worth in being a “pick me girl”.

  • You're ready for real integration that leads to embodied action…

If your gut, your heart, or whatever you call the quiet voice underneath feels stirred, I'd love to meet you.

Schedule a complimentary clarity call and let's see if this work feels like yours.
